Twitch Highlight Clipper は、作者本人（Twitch 配信者 jimeguri）が自分の配信のために作り、自分の PC で動かしている個人用のツールです。配布しておらず、ほかの利用者はいません。したがって、作者以外の人の個人情報を取得・保存・利用することはありません。
このツールが扱うのは、作者本人のものだけです。
視聴者の情報、ほかの配信者の情報、ほかの Google アカウントの情報は扱いません。チャット・コメント・視聴者の個人情報を収集することもありません。
Google アカウントに求める権限は次の3つで、いずれも本人のチャンネルに対してのみ使います。
youtube.uploadyoutube.readonlyyoutube.force-sslこのツールは、動画の削除を行いません。また、他人のチャンネル・動画・再生リストにアクセスすることはできません。
認証情報は、ツールを動かしている作者本人の PC の中のファイル（data/youtube_token.json）としてローカルにのみ保存されます。外部のサーバーやクラウドには送信しません。このツールには、作者の PC 以外にデータを送る仕組みがありません。
動画・録画・処理の記録も、すべて同じ PC の中に置かれます。YouTube に投稿した動画は YouTube 上に公開されますが、それは作者が自分のチャンネルに投稿したものです。
いかなる情報も第三者に提供・販売・共有しません。広告・解析・プロファイリングには一切利用せず、そのための外部サービスも使っていません。このツールが通信する相手は、作者本人のアカウントに関する処理のための Google（YouTube Data API）、Twitch、Riot Games の各 API と、作者本人だけが参加している Discord サーバーです。
Google のユーザーデータは、上の「2. YouTube の権限と、その使い道」に書いた目的にのみ使用し、ほかの目的に転用しません。Google から取得したデータを使って機械学習モデルの学習や改善を行うことはありません。
認証情報は、作者がアクセスを取り消すか、PC 上のトークンファイルを削除した時点でなくなります。動画や記録は、作者が不要と判断したときに削除します。
作者はいつでも、Google アカウントの設定からこのツールのアクセスを取り消せます。
取り消すと、このツールは YouTube に投稿・確認ができなくなります。すでに投稿済みの動画は YouTube に残ります。
内容を変更したときは、このページを更新し、冒頭の最終更新日を書き換えます。

Twitch Highlight Clipper is a personal, single-user tool written and run by the Twitch streamer jimeguri on their own computers. It is not distributed and has no users other than its author, so it does not collect, store or process any other person's personal information.
Only the author's own: the OAuth access and refresh tokens the author granted for their own YouTube channel; metadata about the author's own uploaded videos (id, title, description, privacy status, processing state); metadata about the author's own Twitch streams; and the author's own stream recordings and the videos made from them. No viewer data, no third-party accounts, no chat or comment data.
youtube.upload — to upload the author's stream archives and short clips to the author's own channel.youtube.readonly — to confirm that an upload was actually stored by YouTube before the local source file is deleted.youtube.force-ssl — to switch the author's own uploads between private and public, add chapters to their descriptions, and add them to the author's own playlists.The tool never deletes videos, and cannot access any channel other than the author's own.
Credentials are stored only in a local file (data/youtube_token.json) on the author's own computer. They are never transmitted to any server or cloud service — the tool has no mechanism for sending data anywhere other than the APIs listed below.
No information is sold, shared or disclosed to third parties. Nothing is used for advertising, analytics or profiling. The tool communicates only with the Google (YouTube Data API), Twitch and Riot Games APIs on behalf of the author's own accounts, and with a Discord server of which the author is the only member. Google user data is used solely for the purposes described above, is not transferred for any other purpose, and is not used to train or improve any machine-learning model.
Credentials cease to exist when the author deletes the local token file or revokes access at Google Account > Security > Your connections to third-party apps & services. Videos and records are deleted when the author no longer needs them.
