Twitch 配信者 慈蔵めぐり が自分の配信のために作って、自分の機械で動かしている個人用のツールです。
Twitch の録画（VOD）は7日ほどで自動的に消えてしまいます。配信した内容を残し、その中の見どころを短い動画にして見返せるようにするために作りました。次の3つを自動で行います。
個人用のツールで、配布していません。作者本人の Google アカウントと YouTube チャンネルでのみ使うもので、ほかの人が利用するための登録やログインの仕組みはありません。他人のアカウントやチャンネルのデータには一切アクセスしません。
このツールは、作者本人が許可した範囲で本人の YouTube チャンネルにだけアクセスします。アクセスを許可する鍵（トークン）は、ツールを動かしている本人の PC の中にだけ保存され、ほかのどこにも送信しません。

Twitch Highlight Clipper is a personal, single-user tool built and run by the Twitch streamer jimeguri for their own streams. It is not a product or a service, it is not distributed, and it has no sign-up or login for anyone else.
Twitch deletes stream recordings after about a week. The tool downloads the author's own recordings, uploads them to the author's own YouTube channel as stream archives, adds chapters and organises them into playlists, and creates short highlight clips that the author reviews and approves before they are posted to the same channel.
It accesses only the author's own YouTube channel, using credentials the author granted on their own machine. The OAuth token is stored locally on that machine and is never transmitted anywhere else. No other person's data is accessed, collected or processed. See the privacy policy for details.
